Combining elements of Scandinavian and Japanese tradition, this chef knife excels at slicing meat, fish, and vegetables. The profile works great for chopping, while it still has enough curve for a smooth and comfortable rocking motion.

 Handmade

Each knife is crafted by hand in Gothenburg, Sweden, from high-grade, Swedish stainless steel. The blade has a satin finish and a rounded and polished spine and choil.

The handles are made from durable hardwood and have a comfortable barrel shape with an aluminum bolster.

Specs

The 200mm chef knife is the most popular, especially among home cooks. It is the perfectly sized blade for use in the home kitchen. It has a light and nimble feel to it that allows for its use in all kinds of cutting, slicing, and chopping scenarios.

The stainless steel blade is AEB-L from Uddeholm with a hardness of 61 Rockwell, it is easy to sharpen and keeps a good edge. This blade tapers to a fine tip and has a convex grind that is thin which makes it cut very well.
